Welcome to Hammer Baseball & Consulting! I specialize in private instruction and online coaching, tailoring sessions to your athlete's skill level. With my background as a former Division II ballplayer who had to work hard to excel, I understand the value of dedicated training.
My extensive offerings cover baseball and softball for athletes of all ages and skill levels, from NCAA Division I to Community College, high school, travel-ball, little league, and even preschool players. Lessons focus on specific skills to foster mastery for consistent performance. For high school athletes, I offer personalized instruction in Hitting, Baseball Pitching, Fielding & Throwing, and Strength & Conditioning.
My mission is to educate the Local Baseball Community on progressive training methodologies, including the benefits of incorporating technology into training routines. With my Driveline Baseball Pitching Design Certification, I'm equipped to lead the way in delivering top-tier pitching instruction and promoting innovative training practices for players looking to maximize their potential on the mound.

ABOUT COACH HAMMER
Drawing upon his playing experience, Coach Hammer brings an unwavering passion for the game and a deep commitment to coaching. Josh has actively contributed to numerous baseball organizations over the years, most notably the California Collegiate League State Champion program, Healdsburg Prune Packers, where he served as a Board Member and Pitching Coach. Coach Hammer's coaching extends to multiple high school and elite summer Collegiate programs, where he excels as a pitching coach.
