CURRENTLY COACHING

Josh Hammer enters his first season with the Panthers, bringing a proven track record as a coach, educator, and player development leader. With experience developing athletes at the NCAA Division I, Division II, high school, and summer collegiate levels, he blends competitive standards with a growth-driven approach.

He currently serves as Vice President of Player Development for a growing baseball EdTech organization, where he designs national curriculum and helps shape modern training systems centered on mental performance, skill acquisition, and advanced player development.

In addition, Hammer hosts and produces a weekly YouTube show featuring respected coaches and educators from across the game. Known for his presence behind the microphone and his ability to simplify complex ideas, he brings energy, clarity, and leadership to every environment he enters.
